Feeding hopper employs double layers of stainless steel with superior sound-proof, durable structure & excellent appearance.Less powder, low noise, low consumption.This unit is driven by low speed motor ( 150 rpm). It can granulate detective parts into well-proportioned granules.Blades are made of SKD-11 with long service life.Rapid changing blades & screen design, easy maintenance.It is not only suitable for granulating rigid engineering plastics but also soft plastics.Safety protection device to comply with safety conformity, stable and reliable function.

Packing Details of Surface Finishing Machine
At Topstar, we pay a lot of attention to the packing to ensure the safe transportation of the products. Below are our packing details:

Pallets on the bottom of the machine for forklift transport
Loaded on pallets for the sea shipping to reduce the rough handling of the workers;
The wooden box cover the machine to prevent any mechanical contact
Bubble film and wrapping film when necessary;
Screw and nuts tightly fix machines on pallets to prevent falling down or movement during shipment

Before shipping will take pictures and videos for you
Ship by express (DHL/FedEx,TNT/UPS,etc.),by sea,by air to your door or port (It is up to your requirement)
The tracking number of shipping bill will supply once we got

QC will provide inspection video and pictures for double check the quality control, and we will send the troubleshoot and solutions if needed.also third part or customers come to the factory have field inspection is welcome.

6. How soon can you deliver the equipment?
A:1-7 days(stock available), Customized equipment or no inventory machine normally need 30-35 days.

A:The payment method is 70% prepayment,30% balance before cargo delivery.
