TDA series 3 in 1 heatless dehumidifying dryers-energy saving type

The energy saving type simplifies the design of system which reduces
power consumption, high efficiency, ultra energy saving up to 60%.
Thedesign of machine appearance is compact to save space, ideal to high demands on limited space of clean workshop.
It can move everywhere conveniently thanks to no requirement of cooling water for machines
The mechanical construction is simple to enhance machine reliable
The series design particularly for optic products. It adapts PLC controller with the superior features on easy operation, stable function low power consumption.
The drying air flow ranges from 30-200 m3/hr.
In addition, we design optic class 3 in 1 compact heatless dehumidifying dryers(energy saving type) for optic products to satisfy with customers'various demands

Drying Procedure

* Low dew point -40 of dehumidified air will be obtained simultaneously by reducing pressure repidly in the dehumidifying tower

* Excessive oil and water content from compressed air supply of workshop will be filtered before sending to deher content from compressed air supply of workshop will be filtered

* -40 dew point of dehumidified air will be continuously delivered to close hopper dryer

* Air was delivered in one way direction under the system which no required regeneration of dehumidified air

Packing Details of Surface Finishing Machine
At Topstar, we pay a lot of attention to the packing to ensure the safe transportation of the products. Below are our packing details:

Pallets on the bottom of the machine for forklift transport
Loaded on pallets for the sea shipping to reduce the rough handling of the workers;
The wooden box cover the machine to prevent any mechanical contact
Bubble film and wrapping film when necessary;
Screw and nuts tightly fix machines on pallets to prevent falling down or movement during shipment

6. How soon can you deliver the equipment?

A:The payment method is 70% prepayment,30% balance before cargo delivery.
